  • Madrid Event Introduction
"Annual Review and Preview on Commercial Dispute Resolution in China" ("Annual Review") is the first series of reports in China, organized and initiated by an arbitration institution, to explore the latest development of dispute resolution in China. Since its debut in 2013, this project has attracted much attention. Published annually in both Chinese and English, Annual Review aims to gather industry consensus, disseminate industry experience and promote the overall professional level of dispute resolution services. Since 2013, the BAC/BIAC has also organized correlated Annual Summits in international arbitration hubs in Europe, North America and Asia, providing a platform for insightful dialogue between domestic and foreign professionals and a window for international practitioners to understand the forefront of dispute resolution in China. Over the years, the Annual Review and Annual Summit have become an important resource for international professionals to gain an in-depth understanding of commercial dispute resolution practices in China.
